Who We Are
This isn’t just another exercise class—it’s your morning and evening access pass to some of the most iconic and peaceful riverfront properties in Texas. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are and start or end your day in rhythm with the river.
Take a movement class or don’t.
Grab a coffee or smoothie and journal by the water.
Go for a soul-cleansing ionic RIVER plunge.
Or settle into a quiet corner and turn it into your outdoor office.

FLOAT IN PROPERTY DETAILS:
Upper Deck Access: Serving up coffee, avocado toast, smoothies, and more at The Shrimp House—the perfect post-dip breakfast or pre-work fuel. Bring your laptop, your mat, your swimsuit, or your family. Kids are welcome, too. Use the Wi-Fi and create a quiet outdoor workspace.
Down the stairs to the left: You’ll find the rush of The Comal Rivers iconic tube chute—pure sound healing.
Down the stairs to the right: A shallow, peaceful stretch of water perfect for little ones to explore safely (with supervision). Watch your step – they can be slippery!
HACIENDA DEL RIO PROPERTY DETAILS:
Property access includes the HDR pool, riverside sauna, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, and access the the Club House! Just ask staff in the Club House for athletic supplies or bring your own!
Club House has full bar, food and coffee options 7 days a week! It also has a pool table, shuffle table and lounge and restrooms. It’s the perfect place to hang!
Family - Friendly Vibes
Children are welcome (and encouraged!)! Parents always swim with your children or get them lifejackets.
The Comal River is deep in spots and the current is fast to the left of the stairs. But calm and knee/ankle deep water us to the far right of the stairs.
The Guadalupe River is calm and there are no big currents in front of the hotel. It is deep in spots as well.
No lifeguards are present—swim at your own risk.
The City Of New Braunfels occasionally has lifeguards stationed at the public tub chute area, but they are not affiliated with the Float In or Tejas River Club.
Teach your kids safe river practices and attend one of our Safety Classes with the family!
While there are no lifeguards on duty, there’s a whole community holding this space with care.
Come reconnect with yourself, your breath, and the beauty of a new morning — together.
How To Use The Space
Arrive early to stretch, breathe, or simply soak it all in.
Take class, or don’t and just sit riverside and enjoy your morning.
Mingle, laugh, write, or connect with other kind humans.
Use the private properties as your creative hub or place to reset.
Beat the NB restaurant lines and come to The Shrimp House for a delicious and healthy breakfast under the trees near the Comal River’s edge! Or hit up the Hacienda Club House for snacks and coffee!

All Tejas River Club guests get Float In Day Passes for only $14.99 (Normally $17.99) HUGE thank you to Float in for this PERK!
Or simply hang at The Shrimp House after 10am and keep enjoying the upper deck, shaded seating, and restaurant vibes—all day long.

Fun Fact! Hang at The Shrimp House (located on Float In property) FREE of charge any time! So cool right!! Learn something new every day around NB!

Parking Details
Float-In Parking:
There are 19 dedicated FREE parking spots located inside the gates available from 8–10 AM. First Come First Served!
Mill Street = FREE September 1st – May 1st AND FREE with VALID New Braunfels Resident River Parking Pass or $20 via Text-to-Pay to the city of NB.
FREE Parking Options:
NB Courthouse lot or Corner of Bridge St & Seguin St.
At Elizabeth Avenue Lot on weekdays
Residential areas are mostly restricted—do not park along those streets unless posted otherwise.
NOTE!
Yes, there are FREE on-street parking spaces on surrounding streets in Downtown New Braunfels.
However, note that many of these are time-limited (2 hours) on weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM
After 10 AM: If you plan to stay later, you can:
Pay Float-In for parking (if available), $20 Mon-Fri $30 Sat/Sun
or
Move your vehicle to your prefered street parking nearby.

Hacienda Del Rio Hotel Parking:
There is FREE parking at HDR. Please park at the top of the hill near the Club House or park on the street in front of the hotel.
Important Reminders
This is a BYO setup: bring your own mat, towel, water, river shoes, and good vibes.
No mat rentals available at this time.
Respect the river: leave it better than you found it.
Parents with young children—please place yourselves at the back of class to keep the energy balanced and disruptions minimal.
