Membership Cancelation, Freeze, & Refunds
General Policy:
Tejas River Club LLC (“Tejas,” “the Company,” “we,” or “our”) provides wellness services on a membership and class-based model. This refund policy is designed to protect the integrity and sustainability of our operations while providing reasonable clarity to our members.
All payments made to Tejas River Club LLC are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy. Refund requests are not guaranteed and are considered strictly on a case-by-case basis.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time. There are no prorated/partial refunds.
The Weekly Membership can be canceled at any time. Once the cancel request has been made via Walla ONE MORE CHARGE WILL BE PROCESSED and The Weekly Membership will expire at the end of that billing cycle.
The Monthly Membership can be canceled at any time. Once the cancel request has been made via Walla The Monthly Membership will expire at the end of that billing cycle. NOTE! The Monthly Membership must be canceled 7 days prior to your next auto-draft charge, otherwise ONE MORE CHARGE WILL BE PROCESSED and membership will expire at the end of that billing cycle.
The Annual Membership can be canceled at any time. NOTE! The Annual Membership must be canceled via Walla 7 days prior to your next Annual auto-draft charge, otherwise ONE MORE CHARGE WILL BE PROCESSED and membership will expire at the end of that billing cycle.
How To Cancel Membership In Walla Instructions:
-Log into your Walla Account online or on the Walla App
-Click on MY ACCOUNT
-Then from the drop down menu click “YOUR CREDITS AND PLANS”
-Find your active Plan and click on the 3 dots
-Click CANCEL PLAN
If you can’t use the Walla app then you may email hello@tejasriverclub.com
Post-Transaction Requests:
If a refund is requested after a payment has already been processed, and no valid cancellation request was on file before the charge date, the Company may, at its discretion, approve a refund minus a non-negotiable processing fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the transaction amount or twenty dollars ($20.00), whichever is greater. This fee covers non-recoverable payment processor charges and administrative handling. Refund requests submitted outside of this 7-day window are unlikely to be approved but may still be reviewed at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
Membership Freeze Policy:
If you need to freeze your membership, we can help you with this via email! You may freeze your membership for up to 30 days per calendar year. We will also work with you for injuries and all the things life can throw at us sometimes! We’re all human! And mamas don’t worry, we see you! You can let us know at any point during the pregnancy when you are ready to freeze and unfreeze. Please email hello@tejasriverclub.com for any FREEZE REQUEST.
Refunds:
Refunds are not automatic and are never implied by the mere submission of a request. The Company retains sole and exclusive discretion in determining whether a refund will be issued, and reserves the right to deny any request that does not fully comply with this policy or is otherwise inconsistent with the purchase agreement.
Client Acknowledgement:
By completing any purchase with Tejas River Club LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all terms of this refund policy and accept that providing timely written communication is a strict requirement for any refund eligibility to hello@tejasriverclub.com.
